We partner with industry-leading Direct Debit Provider, Eazy Collect Services Ltd, to provide you with the ability to process customer payments by Direct Debit. Eazy Collect is a fully accredited BACS Approved Bureau and BACS Affiliate member with 9 years of payment sector experience. We have four direct debit solutions but aside from the basic “Flat Rate Package”, we will adapt the solution and provide a bespoke proposal as required. The solutions are all defined on our website, but briefly are described as follows:

1Flat Rate Package – simple solution for start-ups & small businesses. Capped at 50 transactions per month or £5K, it’s a fixed fee of just £49/month for everything.

2Eazy Managed Service – Standard DD service for SME’s (75% of clients use this solution). Transaction fees are from 50p down to 20p depending on volume.

3FM SUN Service – For those of you with over 1000 transactions/month, we'll secure a dedicated Facilities Managed (FM) SUN in your name and customer bank statement will show your name instead of Eazy Collect. Transaction fees are from 20p.

4Client SUN Service – For those of you who already have your own SUN, Eazy Collect can become an Indirect Submitter and submit files via our commercial BACS Bureau service. Transaction fees from as little as 5p for large volume clients.
